DELIVERY

Once orders and payments have been processed, PrintDolls sends all artworks via courier service to ensure a fast & safe delivery to your door. A signature will be required upon receipt of the delivery. If nobody is available at the nominated delivery address to sign for the package, then the courier will leave a notification card and you can call them directly to rearrange another suitable delivery day. PrintDolls does not accept responsibility for goods that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed for.

Delivery Times

PrintDolls endeavours to get your screen-printed artwork to you as fast as possible. Once payment has been processed we aim to send out your order within 1 week. Please note: due to our closing down sale, some items may require a longer waiting period. Custom-made orders take around 3 weeks from artwork approval to create. We will email you once your order has been sent, but unfortunately we are unable to specify the exact day or time of delivery. We are able however, with enough advance warning (sometimes we need a week), to request the couriers to deliver your goods on a specific date (but not time). We are unable to request the courier to call before delivery, as this service attracts a premium cost.  Please understand that as we use a third party for our deliveries, we are unable to guarantee the delivery date, as once the goods leave our premises, circumstances may arise which are outside of our control. If you require an artwork for a specific date (eg. birthday or wedding present) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. However we do recommend at least 7-10 days leeway with delivery, to ensure that it arrives on time.

Damaged Goods

All PrintDolls artworks are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement to be delivered to you at no cost. If upon delivery the box appears damaged in any way, please open the package and inspect the goods to ensure the artwork is not damaged, before signing the courier's delivery docket.

Australia 

Delivery fees and lead times depend on which state and area you live. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address. To calculate the appropriate delivery fee, please refer to the list below to see which 'zone' your area falls within. The names of capital cities have been included within the drop-down menu at the Checkout for ease of reference. For all regional areas, please make note of which zone your delivery address falls under, so you may select with ease at the checkout (ignore the capital city names in the drop-down menu).  If you are unsure as to which area your suburb is located within, or if your local area is not listed below, please contact us for further information. Delivery fees are per print. All prices include GST. Please note, these prices are subject to change at any time.

Pick Up

You are more than welcome to pick up your print from our warehouse in Warriewood (Sydney Northern Beaches), to save on the delivery fees. Simply select "pick up" as the shipping method when ordering online, and then contact us to arrange a suitable time to drop in. 

International

We are able to deliver our artworks internationally. However, orders CANNOT be placed using our online system, instead please email us directly at info@printdolls.com.au. All prices quoted will be in $AU. Please supply your delivery address so we are able to quote with delivery included. Goods are sent by air freight and are delivered to your door. They usually arrive in your country within a few days, however we cannot predict how long goods will take to clear customs. Any duties, taxes or extra costs imposed by your country are your responsibility.

International orders can be paid for with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), or by direct deposit using an Australian bank account. Your name must appear on the credit card. You will be billed in Australian Dollars, with the exchange rates calculated at the time of transaction by the bank. Please note exchange rates vary from day to day.
