Welcome to the PrintDolls website. This website is owned and operated by PrintDolls (ABN 49 037 725 967). We provide our services to you subject to the following terms & conditions. Please read them carefully, as by visiting or ordering from this website you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

Product Availability

Whilst every effort will be made to keep our website up-to-date, PrintDolls apologises if any artworks are in fact sold out after placing your order. If so, we will advise you asap and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund, or the choice of an alternative screen-print. 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note there is no exchange or return on CUSTOM-MADE or SALE or SECONDS items.

We have faith in our screen-prints and believe we have a quality product that you will love. However, if after ordering online you find your (full-priced) purchase is not what you expected, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, or refund the cost of the artwork (delivery fees not included).

For our standard, full-priced range of screen-prints exchanges or refunds are subject to the following conditions:
PrintDolls must be contacted immediately - within 2 days of receipt of delivery.
Contact should be made either by calling Alice on 02 9918 7140 or email orders@printdolls.com.au
Goods must then be returned to PrintDolls within 5 days from receipt of delivery.

Customer is responsible for the cost and delivery of goods back to PrintDolls.
PrintDolls is able to organise the return delivery through our couriers, however the customer will be charged a second delivery fee.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.
PrintDolls will refund payment for goods, (excluding both delivery fees - if required) for all returns.
Initial delivery fee will not be refunded, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.
Exchanges will incur a second delivery charge.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

All PrintDolls artwork are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the damaged print to be picked up and a replacement delivered to you at no cost.

Ordering Options

PrintDolls recognises that not all our customers will like to purchase our screen-prints online. We are therefore able to offer other choices for ordering.

Arrangements for artworks to be viewed in person is by appointment only.

If you are unable to visit us in person to view a print and would like more information, we are happy to post you an offcut sample. Simply email us at info@printdolls.com.au

Payment Methods

PrintDolls accepts a variety of payment options. All pricing of PrintDolls artwork and delivery fees is in Australian Dollars ($AU) and includes GST, unless otherwise stated.

DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT/ EFT/ BANK TRANSFER
Please write your name in the transaction description so we know the payment is from you. Then email us a copy of the transaction. Your order will not be sent until full payment has been received. We will hold this order for 5 working days to receive payment before cancelling.

CREDIT CARD
We only accept MasterCard or Visa. We will require the cardholders name, cardholders address, card number, 3-digit security code and card expiry date.

CHEQUE/ MONEY ORDER
All cheques and money orders to be made out to PrintDolls. Your order will not be sent until your cheque or money order is received & cleared. We will hold your order for 5 working days to receive payment before cancelling.

CASH
Only accepted when orders are made in person. No COD permitted.

LAYBY
We are able to offer a layby service if you wish to pay for the print over a number of weeks. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your print. Full payment must be completed by June 21st 2010. Please email us at info@printdolls.com.au to arrange.

Online Ordering Instructions

Step 1: Adding items to your order

Navigate the way to your desired print through the BUY ONLINE menu on the right-side menu bar. 
Click on the artwork image to view a larger image & details. Type in the quantity you wish to purchase & then click 'Add to Order'. This will take you to the 'My Order' page. If you wish to purchase another print click on 'Continue Shopping', and choose the particular range you are after.

Step 2: Your Order

You can view the items in your order at any time by clicking BUY ONLINE. The number of items in your order will be listed in the box above the PrintDolls logo. If there are no items in your order, then there will be no box. By clicking on 'View Your Order' you can see exactly what prints have been added to your order.  To delete an item click the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove. If you wish to change the quantity of a particular print, then change the number in the 'Qty' box and then click the 'Update Qty's' button, your order will then be updated. To remove all items simply press 'Empty Cart'. Once you are happy with the items in the 'Your Order' menu, please press the 'Proceed To Checkout' button.

Step 3: Your Details

Review your order details at the top of the page. If they are incorrect go back and revise the order. If the order is correct, fill in ‘Your Details’. Each field is mandatory, and must be filled in for your order to be submitted. Please ensure all details are correct. PrintDolls do not take responsibility for missing orders if incorrect details are given.

Under 'Billing Details' please select your 'Payment Method' from the drop-down menu.
The options are:
Credit Card
Please choose either Visa or MasterCard. 

Direct Bank Deposit (EFT/ Bank Transfer)
Choosing this option will send your order through without payment. You must immediately organise the EFT transaction separately to our online ordering system. We will hold this order for 5 working days to receive payment before cancelling. Your order will not be sent until full payment has been received.

Cheque or Money Order
Choosing this option will send your order through without payment. We will hold this order for 5 working days to receive payment before cancelling. Your order will not be sent until your cheque or money order is received & cashed.

Then select your delivery destination zone in the 'Shipping Method' drop down menu. Click on 'DELIVERY' (right-side menu) for more information on delivery details and rates. Please choose your 'zone' carefully to ensure you are billed correctly. Your order will not be sent if the incorrect zone is chosen. If you are unsure as to which 'zone' to choose, simply contact us directly and we'll help you out. If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, please ensure to put their details in the 'Shipping Details' section.

Click ‘Continue’ to submit your details and proceed to the next section of the checkout.

Step 4: Payment (secure area)

Please check all of your details are correct at the top of the page before proceeding to the next step.
If you have chosen credit card as your payment method, then fill in all your details. SSL technology ensures your payment details are encrypted over the internet and remain secure (see below for more details).
If you have chosen Direct Bank Deposit, please process the electronic transfer immediately.
If you have chosen Cheque or Money Order, please organise postage asap. 

Then click 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: Confirmation

This page shows confirmation of your order. You may print this page for your records. An email with details of your order will be sent to your email address. If there are any problems with your order please email us at orders@printdolls.com.au

Security

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at PrintDolls. We want you to be able to order online at www.printdolls.com.au with total confidence. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our online ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology – to protect your online order information, SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to PrintDolls. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

You will notice once you have entered our online shopping pages (BUY ONLINE) that the 'http' in your browser address has been replaced with 'https'. This means that the information you are entering during this session is secure & unable to be viewed by anyone else.

All credit card payments are processed through a secure online payment system. Your credit card details are automatically encrypted, therefore unlike giving your details over the phone, no one but the bank can read these details – not even us.

Privacy Policy

Please be assured that PrintDolls recognises that privacy of personal information is important to our customers. The nature of our business makes it necessary to obtain personal information. We only ask for and use information we reasonably need to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to receive any in future, please let us know & we will not send it to you. PrintDolls will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required. If you have a particular concern or query about your personal information held, please do not hesitate to contact us.
